For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, 4 Partners International Advising SL hereinafter, (ENNUMERA), with NIF: B-54.71.95.88 informs the User that is the owner of personal data files registered in the RGPD (General Data Protection Registry) in which your data is incorporated and processed in order to provide you with the requested services and send you information about our company that may be of your interest.
SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Sending personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by ENNUMERA. Likewise, not providing the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means that it is impossible to subscribe, register or receive information on said services.

The User who sends the information to ENNUMERA is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating ENNUMERA from any responsibility in this regard.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
ENNUMERA is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not its own elaboration and for which another source is indicated, therefore it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of said information. ENNUMERA is exonerated from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by ENNUMERA whenever it comes from sources other than ENNUMERA.
Transfer of data to third parties.
ENNUMERA will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the case of being transferred to a third party, prior information would be produced requesting the express consent of the affected party by virtue of Art. 6 LOPD.
Exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
ENNUMERA reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as industry practices. In such cases, ENNUMERA will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable anticipation of their implementation.
