The new year 2019 has begun, there are numerous regulatory developments that will come into force mainly in the tax and labor field; and that we will analyze in detail in future articles.

Apart from this, there are news that although they came into force or were published during 2018, it will be this year where we will begin to perceive them more strongly; We are talking about the new LOPD, the new official registry of bidders and classified companies of the "Rolece" state, the implementation of electronic invoices, the mandatory nature of electronic notifications and the SII (Immediate Information System).


On December 5, 2018, with a little more than 6 months of delay, the new Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantees of Digital Rights was published as a transposition to the Spanish regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016 / 679 (RGPD) and which entered into force on May 25, 2018.

Among the main novelties of the LOPDGDD, it is emphasized in the access to personal data mainly on the internet and that allows citizens to access their data through a direct link.

Other novelties, the law sets the age at 14 years from which consent can be submitted autonomously, without parental authorization. Social networks and the right to be forgotten is another aspect that is regulated in this new regulation.
